- 1 whole wheat pita
- 120 gr turkey breast
- 30gr low-fat mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup lettuce
- 1/2 cup carrots
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
1. Place the pita on a plate and top it with turkey breast, shredded mozzarella cheese, some lettuce and shredded carrots.
2. Add 1 tsp of Dijon mustard for extra flavour.
