- 120gr salmon
- 1 cup green beans
- 1/2 cup brown rice
- olive oil
- salt

1. Cook the rice according to the instructions on the package.
2. In a nonstick pan heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil and add the green beans. Season with salt and pepper and cook for a few minutes, stirring frequently. When the beans are cooked, transfer them onto a plate
3. Season the salmon with salt and pepper and place it into the same pan. Add a bit more olive oil if needed. Cook the skinless side first.
4. Add the cooked rice and the cooked salmon to the plate with the beans and enjoy this delicious and healthy dinner.
