- 1 cup strawberries
- 1 scoop whey isolate protein
- 2 cups almond milk
- 1 tbsp ground flaxseed
- 3-4 ice cubes
1.In a blender add all of the ingredients including the ice and mix them together until smoothly blended. You can add a little bit of water if the smoothie is too thick.
2. Top with a few strawberry or banana slices and enjoy the deliciousness!
